To participate in the Record Restriction Event, it is MANDATORY that you have the following documents: (1) certified copy of the final disposition from the clerk of court in the county (Rockdale, Newton or Walton ONLY) of the misdemeanor conviction, (2) Your criminal history. (This can be obtained at any Local Police Station or the Sheriff Department) and (3) Proof of successful completion of the sentence from the Probation Office.
